this place is not visible. it lies between an electricity substation and an underground car park, at the heart of the city, in the dark, hidden. it reveals what is buried, submerged out of sight. passersby are encouraged to peer in, voyeuristically: silhouette-like figures dance a shadow ballet on an imaginary stage, their outlines visible behind a curtain into which text and images are woven.
