herz-jesu-kirche
the vestibule is a portal, a transit zone en route to another world. the typography on the heavy steel doors and light glass wings plays an ornamental role and helps all who enter to acclimatise to the interior. the script is a nebulous screen between the open and the closed, the secular and the spiritual world.
