in his diaries, the photographer has glued in a collection of polaroid shots taken to test exposures, scribbled down names and addresses and sketched out test set-ups. full-scale photographs of the pages of these books have been reproduced and printed. the portfolio shows the untrimmed raw version of the photograph and illustrates the image creation process.
