it doesn’t take many words to describe most professions: dentists fill cavities, graphic designers set letters. so should a dentist’s logo depict the mouth, the teeth, high-speed drills? ouch, no thanks. the visual identity of dentist ivana buck draws on the fdi odontogram and sets out the letters in two neat rows, one above the other, like healthy white teeth in a sparkling smile.
