piroulettering – heilbronner architecture talks 2025,
visual identity
heilbronn, 2025

those pirouetted letters are downright confusing: why on earth would we voluntarily and deliberately impede readability? is it that we‘re in love with design for its own sake? are we trying to be amusing? or just plain mean? no. nothing of the sort. all that counts for us is the content. that‘s what it‘s all about and that‘s why it has to be instantly eye-catching.

the letters rotated through various degrees form a fitting interpretation of „circular thinking“, the motto of this year‘s annual architecture talks in heilbronn. and to make sure the potential audience grasps at a glance that here we have the agenda of the latest iteration, each year we make sure the visual identity is turned up a notch.
